We always hope that you love your purchase, however we do understand that sometimes you need to make a return.
We have a 7 day exchange/return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 7 days, we will not process exchanges/returns or issue store credit/refund.
Exchanges:
Due to the constant change in inventory we can not guarantee an exchange can be made. We will perform an exchange if the item is available at the time of the request. If an item is out of stock we will issue a store credit.
Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
•Unworn & Unwashed.
•Tags still attached and in its original packaging.
•Have receipt or proof of purchase.
•Purchased at regular price.
Not eligible for a return:
•Items that have be worn or washed.
•Items with stains and damage.
•Items with tags unattached.
•Seasonal items.
•Sale items.
•Bodysuits, swimsuits, jewelry, leggings, and personal items, etc (due to hygiene reasons).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for return shipping cost (unless the fault was ours). We will invoice shipping cost with the return instructions.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for the return to process. Once processed, your store credit or refund will be issued. Store credit will be issued via email. Items purchased with store credit are final sale. Please see refund section to understand how refunds are processed.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective/damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
